Description
Our client is seeking an Associate for their Environmental and Mass Tort Litigation Department, based in either Richmond or Charlottesville. The successful candidate will join a team that offers comprehensive experience in all aspects of environmental law, from contaminated site clean-ups and due diligence reviews, to renewable fuel approvals and nanotechnology. The team is recognized for its innovative approach to sustainability and green finance solutions, and its leadership on emerging issues such as greenhouse gas emissions and residual management. The role requires particular skill in transactions involving natural resource development, major manufacturing facilities, and energy projects. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in incident response, product liability litigation, and/or energy litigation. Current judicial clerks will also be considered.
