Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Environmental Regulatory practice group, with positions available in Washington, D.C. or other east coast offices. The ideal candidate will have a JD, be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. and another state, and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental law. Key competencies include expertise in environmental statutes and regulations such as TSCA, FIFRA, CAA, CWA, CERCLA, RCRA, and state laws. The role requires experience in environmental litigation, defense of enforcement actions, regulatory compliance, and working with agencies like the EPA and NOAA. Candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
