Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of experience to join their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and other applicable employee benefits laws on matters involving executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, and health and welfare benefits. Excellent drafting and communication skills are desired, along with strong academic credentials. The candidate must be a member of the PA Bar. This is a non-partnership track position.
