Our client seeks an associate with 3-4 years of experience to join its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group in New York and Philadelphia. The ideal candidate should be proficient in ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and other relevant employee benefits laws, focusing on executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, and health and welfare benefits. Strong drafting and communication skills, along with excellent academic credentials, are essential. This position requires bar admission in the respective jurisdiction of practice and is available in either the NY or PA offices.
