ESTATE PLANNING ASSOCIATE (3800)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Estate Planning Practice Group in Dallas. The role involves providing sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management advice to individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations. Candidates should have experience in drafting complex estate plans and business succession planning documents for high net worth individuals, charitable giving documents, and advising on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning. Additional responsibilities include assisting with probate proceedings, processing Federal gift and estate tax returns, and planning for tax-exempt organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic. A background in Accounting or Tax is preferred. Applicants must hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school, be in good standing, and be an active member of the bar in their jurisdiction, with timely admission to the Texas Bar required.
