Our client is seeking a stellar mid-level associate for their Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have a diversified practice with experience advising both private and public companies, as well as alternative asset managers, on executive compensation matters, including supporting M&A, corporate governance, and capital markets matters. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, be admitted to the New York Bar, and possess excellent credentials.
