Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate or Junior Counsel specializing in Compensation and Benefits within Mergers and Acquisitions. This role is available in multiple locations, including Austin, Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Northern Virginia, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating executive employment agreements and developing and managing equity incentive plans, such as profits interest plans.
