Description
Our client is seeking an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate to join their team in either Dallas or New York. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience, preferably within a large law firm, handling executive compensation and employee benefits matters. This includes work on qualified plans, equity plans, executive employment agreements, and compensation and benefit issues related to transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, IPOs, and spin-offs. A strong academic background and readiness to join a collaborative, national practice group are essential.
