EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION ASSOCIATE (1977)
Description
Our client is seeking an experienced associate to join their nationally ranked Employment Practice in either the New York or Boston office. The role focuses on executive compensation and ERISA matters, particularly in the context of complex corporate transactions such as private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and IPOs. Key responsibilities include negotiating and drafting executive employment agreements, equity compensation arrangements, and restrictive covenant agreements, as well as conducting transactional due diligence and advising on compliance with relevant tax and benefits laws. Candidates must have a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school, with an LLM in Tax preferred, and be admitted or eligible for admission in New York or Boston.
