EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION ASSOCIATE (2748)
Description
Our client is seeking a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate (4+ years) to join their ERISA and Executive Compensation practice within the Business Law Department. The ideal candidate will have experience working in teams and managing components of transactions independently, specifically representing public and private companies on tax and securities law issues related to equity-based arrangements and other incentive compensation plans. While additional experience with ERISA, employee benefits, or general employment law matters is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant admission is preferred.
