Our client is seeking highly experienced lateral associates with 3-7 years of expertise in executive compensation and employee benefits to join their New York office. The role involves providing legal support on benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions, advising companies, investors, and executives on related issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Key responsibilities include working on executive compensation and employee benefits in transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, providing legal counsel, assisting in the design and administration of compensation plans, drafting employment agreements, conducting legal research, and collaborating with other practice groups. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials are required.
