Our client is seeking highly experienced lateral associates with 3-7 years of expertise in executive compensation and employee benefits to join their Boston office. The role involves providing legal support on benefits and executive compensation aspects of corporate transactions, advising companies, investors, and executives on related issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Key responsibilities include working on private equity and public company transactions, designing and administering compensation plans, drafting employment agreements, conducting legal research, and collaborating with other practice groups. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and possess strong academic credentials.
