Description
Our client is a globally renowned law firm, currently seeking a junior associate (Class 2020 – 2022) for their Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits practice, with positions available in several major U.S. cities. Ideal candidates will possess 1-3 years of experience in advising private and public companies on sophisticated executive compensation, employee benefits, and other global incentive and compensation arrangements in various contexts such as M&As, spin-offs, divestitures, IPOs, and redomestications. Candidates with a strong global tax or global employment law background will also be considered. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication and writing skills, and major law or accounting firm experience are preferred. The successful candidate must be admitted and a member in good standing of the Bar in the state of employment.
