Description
Our client is seeking an associate with two to three years of experience to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group in New York. The ideal candidate will have expertise in executive compensation and employee benefits related to corporate transactions, financial restructurings, and the securities aspects of executive compensation, including public company disclosure. Candidates must embody core values such as being future-focused, dedicated to excellence, diversity-minded, collaborative, and service-oriented. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are preferred. The role involves advising public and private companies, private equity and funds clients, executives, and lenders on compensation and benefit plans, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and restructuring, corporate governance, and securities and tax compliance.
