Description

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a motivated mid-level associate with three to six years of experience to join their Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group in Atlanta, Chicago, or Denver. The ideal candidate should have sophisticated law firm experience in designing, drafting, and advising on executive compensation, incentive arrangements, retirement plans, and health and welfare plans, including ERISA and Internal Revenue Code requirements. Experience in M&A projects, purchase agreement review, due diligence, and Section 280G is essential. Candidates must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical abilities, and the capability to manage client engagements effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, a robust work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of responsibility are required.
