Our client is seeking a junior associate for their Energy Regulatory practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have exposure to federal energy regulatory laws affecting the natural gas, oil, or electric power industries, including compliance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Department of Energy, energy transactions, or energy enforcement and litigation involving the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission or Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Candidates should be self-motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials and must be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.
