Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join their expanding team in Florida, with opportunities in Boca Raton, Miami, or West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in fiduciary, trust, and probate litigation, including managing estate and trust administration both within and outside the Florida court system. Preferred experience includes probate and trust administration, fiduciary compliance and risk management, guardianship matters, and advising individuals and families on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies through estate, tax, business succession, and asset protection planning. The role involves working within a nationally recognized Private Client department, known for its comprehensive services in estate, gift, and charitable planning, as well as fiduciary litigation.
