Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a litigation associate to join their Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Team in either their Silicon Valley office (Menlo Park) or San Francisco, with a preference for the former. This team is renowned for handling complex disputes over private wealth, including trusts, estates, and conservatorships. The role involves representing clients in cases of fiduciary duty breaches, estate administration issues, and financial elder abuse, among others. The position offers the opportunity to engage with compelling legal narratives, develop business in a niche area, and maintain direct client contact. Candidates should have 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a background in trusts and estates litigation being advantageous but not mandatory. Admission to the California State Bar is required.
