Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a mid-level real estate construction Associate to join their team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate construction matters, with a focus on transactional work. Candidates with construction litigation experience are also welcome. The role involves advising, negotiating, drafting, and enforcing contracts and agreements, including management, operation, lease, development, and construction agreements. The firm operates on a merit-based compensation system, rewarding individual performance and achievements. Associates are expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, including at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
