Description
Our client is actively seeking a litigation associate to join their Finance & Restructuring practice group. The team provides strategic legal counsel on a wide range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation issues. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of litigation experience within a top-tier law firm, or may be recent clerks in federal or state appellate court. Exceptional writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are essential. This position can be based in Denver, Minneapolis, or Wilmington, DE.
