Our client, a prestigious law firm specializing in the financial industry, is actively seeking Senior level Finance Associates to join their secured finance group. The successful candidates will be based in either New York, Miami, or Chicago. The group handles a diverse array of sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions. Their clientele ranges from financial institutions (bank and non-bank lenders, investment funds) to borrowers and private equity sponsors. Ideal candidates should have 6 to 8 years of substantive law firm experience in one or more of these areas. The firm emphasizes professional growth, offering substantial support and training, and the opportunity to work on a variety of transaction types and clients.
