Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level finance attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join their team in New York. The ideal candidate should have experience representing lenders or corporate borrowers on commercial bank loans, alternative lender loans, and/or institutional term loans. This role requires a strong understanding of finance law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
