Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their structured finance group. The ideal candidate should have three to six years of robust structured finance deal experience, preferably in a law firm setting, with a focus on structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. Experience in the residential mortgage and other consumer finance related industries is highly desirable. While the primary location for this role is New York, candidates for offices in Chicago and Los Angeles will also be considered.
