FINANCE ASSOCIATE (1219)
Description
Our client is seeking mid-level associates with 3-6 years of leveraged finance experience to join their highly-ranked Global Finance group. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to represent borrowers, lenders, issuers, equity investors, sponsors, financial advisors, and agents across all layers of the capital structure. The ideal candidate should have substantive experience in a full range of finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, dividend and other recapitalizations, and restructuring and reorganizations. Exposure to middle market lending and representing alternative financiers, including business development companies (BDCs), hedge funds, and other non-bank lenders is preferred. Experience as a key member of deal teams, including responsibility for running key aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing, is ideal.
