Description
Our client, a global finance practice group, is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Securitization Associates to join their team in either Boston or New York. The role involves working with a diverse range of clients on complex securitization transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation of transactions, conducting due diligence, researching and analyzing legal issues, preparing and reviewing offering materials, and staying up-to-date with regulatory developments. Applicants must have 3-5 years of experience at a large or global law firm, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, and must be a member in good standing of the New York Bar.
