Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their Finance practice in New York. The team represents banks, lenders, corporate borrowers, and sponsors, primarily in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of law firm experience in corporate and/or project financing transactions, with proficiency in drafting and negotiating credit agreements and other financing documents. A strong commitment to client service, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential. Candidates must be eligible to practice in New York and demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn new skills.
