Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their private equity group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of broad corporate experience, including mezzanine debt experience. Experience with SBIC funds is preferred but not required. While the primary focus is on the Chicago office, candidates for other locations will also be considered. All applicants must be admitted to the state bar of their respective office location.
