Description
Our client, a prestigious AmLaw100 firm, is seeking an associate to join its Finance group in the Atlanta office. The successful candidate will join a team of experienced attorneys with substantial courtroom experience at both state and federal levels. The office is located in Atlantic Station, a vibrant mixed-use development with various amenities and alternative transportation options. Candidates should have 3-4 years of meaningful finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders, with a preference for experience in commercial real estate or secondary-market lending. Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with excellent academic credentials, are essential. Admission to the State Bar of a major metropolitan city where the firm has an office is required.
