Description
Our client is seeking a Finance Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience for their Houston office. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating middle market lender's-side debt financing transactions, with a strong emphasis on UCC Article 9. Preferred candidates will also have experience in both single bank and syndicated commercial and asset-based lending, with energy finance experience being a plus. Applicants must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players with outstanding professional and academic credentials and must be admitted to practice in Texas.
