Description
Our client is seeking a Finance Associate to join their business finance & healthcare practice group in Atlanta. This full-time, partnership-track position requires candidates to have 4 to 6 years of finance experience, particularly in finance transactions with a focus on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending, and middle market lending transactions. Experience in representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills, and experience in leading transactional documentation and closings.
