Our client, a prestigious AmLaw100 firm, is seeking a senior associate to join their Finance group in the Atlanta office. The office is strategically located at Atlantic Station, a vibrant mixed-use development offering convenient amenities and transportation options. The ideal candidate will have over five years of significant finance experience, particularly in representing bank and non-bank lenders, with a preference for those experienced in commercial real estate or secondary-market transactions. Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with a positive attitude and attention to detail. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and be admitted to the State Bar of a major metropolitan city where the firm has an office.
