Description
Our client is seeking junior associates with 1 to 2 years of experience to join their Finance Practice Group, specifically within the Corporate Trust, Agency, and Asset Servicing Team. Candidates with transactional and/or workout experience in securitization across any asset classes, corporate finance involving loans and bonds, collateralized loan obligations, and/or structured finance are highly desired. While experience representing corporate trustees, servicers, and/or agents is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and relevant experience.
