Description
Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a Consumer Finance Associate to join their virtual office, The Link. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in litigation and arbitration proceedings for financial institutions at various judicial levels, including state, federal, and appellate courts. Familiarity with mortgage servicing litigation, the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and state consumer protection acts is essential. The role involves collaboration with the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit, requiring excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
