Description
Our client is seeking an attorney with a minimum of one year of finance experience to join their Business Finance practice group in Atlanta as a full-time, partnership-track associate. The ideal candidate should have experience in various finance transactions, particularly focusing on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending, and middle market lending transactions. Experience in representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is advantageous. Candidates must possess a strong academic background, excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills, and be a team player. Georgia bar membership is preferred and required within one year of joining.
