Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated finance associate to join their team in Austin, Dallas, or Houston. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of experience in representing borrowers and/or lenders in reserve-based lending transactions, secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and project financings. High academic achievement, law firm experience, and strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Texas or be willing to take the Texas Bar Exam.
