Description
Our client is seeking associates for their Global Finance Group in Chicago. Ideal candidates will have experience in private credit/direct lending, syndicated lending, and asset-based lending, with a preference for those familiar with sponsor finance/LBO finance. The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents and leading lending transactions primarily for lender clients.
