Description
Our client is seeking a Finance Associate to join their business finance and healthcare practice group in a full-time, partnership-track position. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of finance experience, particularly in finance transactions with a focus on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending, and middle market lending transactions. Experience in representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is advantageous. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills, and experience in leading transactional documentation and closings. This role is available in either the Atlanta or Houston offices, and candidates should be licensed in the relevant jurisdiction or obtain licensure within one year.
