Our client is seeking 2-3 Finance Associates with 3-5 years of experience to join their Structured Finance team in New York. The ideal candidates will have experience with NAV facilities, margin loans, hedge fund financing, leverage financing, or subscription facilities within a large law firm environment. Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on diverse finance transactions are essential.
