Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Real Estate Finance group in either New York or Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be part of the 4th-8th year associate class and possess significant experience in broad-based commercial real estate finance. This role involves working on a diverse range of sophisticated transactions, including senior mortgage loans, construction loans, leveraged loans, mezzanine financing, and more, representing both lender and borrower sides. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to first chair transactions and manage deals with the support of a talented team. Strong drafting and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients, are essential.
