FINANCE ASSOCIATE REAL ESTATE (3751)
Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join their Real Estate Finance Group in either Washington, D.C., or Baltimore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing lenders, servicers, borrowers, and government-sponsored enterprises in commercial loan transactions. Key responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating loan documents, managing legal due diligence, and closing complex commercial real estate transactions. Experience with multifamily lenders and syndicated credit facilities is advantageous. The candidate should be adept at handling loans secured by multifamily housing, seniors housing, affordable housing, manufactured housing, and hotels, and should be comfortable training and managing junior associates and paralegals. A juris doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to the relevant jurisdiction’s bar are required, along with excellent communication skills and a strong academic record.
