Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking an attorney to work on a broad range of private equity sponsored financing transactions. This includes traditional leveraged financings, term loan and revolver facilities, cash flow and asset-based loan facilities, and mezzanine credit facilities. The successful candidate will manage closing processes, review and draft loan documents, including commitment letters, term sheets, loan agreements, and collateral documents. Prior experience with borrower-side representation is preferred, but lender-side representation, especially with private credit lenders, is also desired.
