Description
Our client, an internationally recognized Banking & Finance practice, is seeking an associate with two to three years of experience. The practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in a wide range of debt financings, both domestically and internationally, including private credit transactions, syndicated credit facilities, and growth capital financings. While the preference is for an associate based in San Francisco, New York, or Los Angeles, successful candidates can be based in any of their U.S. offices. The firm values collegiality among its lawyers and strives to make its practices both professionally and personally rewarding. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, have superior client service skills, and be a member of the Bar in a U.S. State.
