Description
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm experience to join their finance practice group in New York. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in a finance-based practice, including representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and/or other private or public corporations, in Borrower side finance transactions. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills, and must be a member of the New York bar.
