Description
Our client is seeking a finance associate to join their Corporate practice group in one of several locations including New York, Florham Park, NJ, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Chicago, Minneapolis, and Denver. The ideal candidate should have four to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions. Experience in loan originations and real estate financings is preferred. The role involves drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
