FINANCE DEBT CAPITAL MARKET ASSOCIATE (1771)
Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join its tactical opportunities finance practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in complex finance transactions, particularly on the lender side, and familiarity with distressed credit, bespoke finance transactions, and stressed/distressed credit. Expertise in liability management, debt restructuring, covenant reviews, collateral analysis, and intercreditor and subordination arrangements is highly desirable. This role involves working within the Financial Restructuring Group on both front-end and back-end transactions for a variety of clients, including financial institutions, private credit funds, hedge funds, alternative lenders, and sponsors/private companies. Candidates must have a strong background in finance and/or secured bond deals, have led multiple financing transactions from inception to close, and possess the ability to manage mid-level and junior associates.
