FINANCE LENDING ASSOCIATE (3108)
Description
Our client is seeking experienced associates to join their Global Finance Group in Century City. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience in syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending, representing either borrowers or lenders. A background in sponsor finance or LBO finance is preferred. The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents and leading financing transactions for borrower and lender clients.
