Description
Our client’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of real estate finance experience to join their Charlotte, New York, or Washington, DC office. Ideal candidates will have experience in complex commercial real estate finance transactions, including drafting and negotiation of loan documentation, review of real estate and organizational due diligence, acquisition financings, cash flow and asset-based lending, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. Knowledge of the senior housing industry is helpful but not required. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage fast-paced finance transactions. Creativity, solutions-oriented thinking, and excellent analytical and writing skills are essential. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state in which their office is located.
