Our client’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking an associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their New York, NY office. Ideal candidates will have a background in secured lending transactions or business bankruptcy, with additional experience in commercial finance or distressed M&A being advantageous. The role requires highly motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who excel in a collaborative, team-based environment and value innovative thinking. Candidates should demonstrate creativity, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Applicants must be licensed and in good standing in New York.
