Our client is seeking an associate for its Finance & Restructuring group with one to five years of experience to join their Delaware office. This role involves working on both bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. Qualified candidates will possess a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school, one to five years of litigation and/or bankruptcy experience, Delaware bar admission, strong communication and writing skills, and top academic credentials.
