Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their finance group in Chicago, with consideration for candidates in New York and Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of substantive corporate and/or structured finance experience, including working with a variety of financial institutions, credit funds, and asset managers on financing transactions. Preferred experience includes structured finance, fund finance, and CLOs, along with strong deal experience at a large law firm. Admission to the state bar of the office location is required.
